Read through our terms and conditions

  • All cats must be vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu. Owners must produce valid vaccination certificates, treatment having been completed at least 10 days before commencing date of boarding. Failure to produce this will result in us being unable to board your cat.
  • All cats will be examined on arrival, and any medical conditions discussed along with medication needed. We reserve the right to refuse admission of any cat that appears to be suffering from ill health or an infectious disease, pending veterinary advice. Please advise us of any recent illnesses or veterinary treatment you cat has had.
  • Cats will be accepted into our care on the understanding that they are in good health, treated for fleas and worms at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Any animal showing signs of either will be treated and the costs added to your bill. We are happy to administer medication, and this must be clearly labelled and administration instructions given.
  • Only cats from the same household may board together, and with the owners’ consent.
  • We regret we are unable to board un-neutered male cats over the age of 7 months.
  • All boarding fees include heating, and insurance cover for veterinary fees up to £1250 per cat per stay, subject to terms and conditions. Any pre-existing medical conditions are not covered and must be stated at the time of boarding. If your cat shows signs of illness whilst in our care, we reserve the right to consult with a veterinary surgeon. Any costs incurred over and above that covered by our insurance for this treatment will be the full responsibility of the owner.
  • Any special medication and dietary requirements must be discussed with us and agreed at the time of booking.
  • Daily charges are inclusive of the day of arrival and departure. Cats collected early (before the end of the booked period) will be charged for the full stay. We have a minimum charge of 3 days to cover the costs of fully disinfecting the unit after each stay.
  • Please ensure that you cat is transported in a secure carrier, and all collars are removed when your cat boards with us, to reduce the risk of injury. No responsibility will be taken by us until the cat is safely inside our secure premises.
  • Cats will not be released to anyone other than their owners without prior agreement.
  • Any cat left uncollected after 14 days, without communication from their owners, will be handed over to an animal re homing centre, at our discretion.
  • Payment in full for all fees incurred must be paid prior to or at the point of collection.
  • A minimum deposit of 20%, or £20 (whichever is the greater) of your projected bill will be payable on booking and will be taken off the final balance. Cancellation of the booking with less than 14 days’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • We are currently able to accept payment by cash/Cheque/Bacs
